Dear Guests,

We are pleased to welcome you to the “Wakacyjne Domki” Holiday Cottages in Pogorzelica. Thank you for complying with these House Rules, which are intended to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for all our Guests.

§1 Stay regulations

  1. The hotel day starts at 5:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
  2. Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  3. Unregistered persons may stay on the premises between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
  4. A deposit of 40% of the total stay value is required and:
    • is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days before arrival,
    • is non-refundable if cancelled 60–90 days before arrival, but may be credited toward a stay at another date.
  5. The full payment for the stay is due on the day of arrival at check-in.
  6. A local (tourist) tax will be added in accordance with the rate set by the Municipality of Rewal, payable in cash on the day of arrival.
  7. The cost of electricity consumption will be charged additionally according to the meter reading and is payable at check-out.
  8. The behavior of Guests and persons using the property’s facilities must not disturb other Guests.
  9. Parking is permitted only in designated areas. The parking lot is unguarded, and the owner is not responsible for vehicles or items left inside them.
  10. During their absence, Guests are required to lock the cottages, secure their belongings, and turn off all electrical devices (except the refrigerator).
  11. The owner is not responsible for Guests’ property, including money and valuables, left unattended. Valuables may be deposited in a safe at the Reception.
  12. Children under 12 years of age must remain under constant supervision of their legal guardians while on the premises.
  13. Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage caused by themselves, minors under their care, or their visitors.
  14. Any defects, damage, or faults noticed after check-in must be reported immediately to the Reception.
  15. It is forbidden to change the arrangement of furniture or the equipment of the cottages.
  16. The cottage must be left in proper condition. Leaving dirty dishes or trash will result in a cleaning fee of PLN 200.
  17. Complaints may be submitted via email, by phone, or in person at the Reception.
  18. A complaint should include contact details, a description of the issue, and, if possible, confirmation of reservation/payment.
  19. Complaints will be processed within 14 business days.
  20. Any objections must be reported no later than within one day of arrival.
  21. Complaints submitted on the day of departure will not be considered.
  22. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed for an additional fee:
    • reported at the time of booking – PLN 70 per night,
    • reported on the day of arrival – PLN 90 per night,
    • not reported – PLN 130 per night.
  23. The fee for damage or loss of a cottage key is PLN 150.
  24. Barbecuing is allowed only in designated areas.
  25. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in the cottages. Violation of this rule will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 500.
  26. Bringing bicycles into the cottages is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 700.
  27. The property is not responsible for the loss of sports equipment or other unattended belongings of Guests.
  28. The owner reserves the right to request Guests who grossly violate the rules to leave the premises.
  29. The House Rules and the Pet Policy are available at the Reception and on the website.
  30. Signing the registration card is equivalent to accepting these House Rules.

§2 Pet Policy

  1. The stay with a pet must be reported before arrival, at the latest on the day of arrival.
  2. Only healthy animals with a valid vaccination record are accepted.
  3. The pet may stay only in the owner’s cottage and should not be left alone if it disturbs other Guests.
  4. The owner is required to provide the pet with its own sleeping place.
  5. Pets must be kept on a leash on the premises and, if necessary, also wear a muzzle.
  6. Pets must be taken outside the premises for their physiological needs. The owner is required to clean up after the pet.
  7. It is forbidden to use the property’s towels or bed linen for pets.
  8. Pets are not allowed in the playground, playroom, café, or reception.
  9. The owner bears full financial and legal responsibility for any damage caused by the pet.
  10. The property reserves the right to refuse accommodation of a pet or request its removal if it does not comply with the rules or disturbs other Guests.
