Dear Guests,

We are pleased to welcome you to NA WYDMIE Apartments & Camp.
Please read and comply with these Rules and Regulations – they are intended to ensure a peaceful, safe, and comfortable stay for all Guests.

§1 General Rules of Stay

  1. The Resort area is intended for leisure and recreation.
  2. Guests are required to maintain order and respect the property of the Resort and other Guests.
  3. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  4. Visitors who are not registered Guests may stay on the Resort premises between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, provided this is reported to the staff in advance.
  5. Children under 12 years of age may stay on the Resort premises only under the constant supervision of their legal guardians.

§2 Stay Regulations – APARTMENTS

I. Length of Stay and Check-in

  1. Check-in time begins at 5:00 PM on the day of arrival and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
  2. Guests staying in the apartments are required to complete the registration formalities and settle payment before the start of their stay.
  3. A local tourist tax, determined by the Municipality of Dziwnów, is added to the cost of the stay and must be paid in cash on the day of arrival.
  4. Shortening the stay does not entitle the Guest to a refund for unused days.

II. Reservations and Deposit

  1. A deposit of 40% of the total stay value is required at the time of booking:
    • it is non-refundable in the case of cancellation made less than 60 days before arrival,
    • in case of cancellation 60–90 days before arrival, the deposit may be credited toward a stay at the Resort at another date.
  1. The remaining balance for the stay must be paid no later than 7 days before the start of the stay; failure to make this payment will result in the cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.

III. Apartment Use Rules

  1. When leaving the apartment, Guests are required to:
    • lock the apartment,
    • switch off electrical appliances (except the refrigerator),
    • properly secure their valuables and money.
  2. The Resort is not responsible for property left in the apartments.
  3. It is forbidden to make any changes to the apartment or its equipment.
  4. The apartment must be left in no worse condition than at check-in. Leaving dirty dishes or garbage will result in a cleaning fee of PLN 200.
  5. The fee for losing or damaging a door card is PLN 100.
  6. Pets up to 12 kg are accepted for an additional fee:
    • declared during booking – PLN 70 / night
    • declared on arrival – PLN 90 / night
    • undeclared – PLN 130 / night

IV. Liability

  1. Guests are fully financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves, by minors under their care, or by their visitors.
  2. Any defects or damage must be reported to the staff immediately.

V. Parking, Order and Safety

  1. Guests may park only in designated parking spaces. Parking at the Resort is unattended.
  2. The Resort is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or property left inside them.
  3. It is strictly forbidden to bring bicycles into residential buildings – violation of this rule may result in a PLN 700 fine.
  4. Smoking cigarettes and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the apartments.
    Violation of this rule results in a PLN 500 fine.

VI. Complaints

  1. Complaints may be submitted by email, phone, or in person at the Reception.
  2. The complaint should include contact details, a description of the problem, and if possible confirmation of reservation/payment.
  3. Complaints are processed within 14 working days.
  4. Complaints should, if possible, be reported within 24 hours of arrival.
  5. Complaints submitted on the day of departure will not be considered.

§3 Stay Regulations – CAMPERS AND CARAVANS

I. Length of Stay and Check-in

  1. The stay begins at 5:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
  2. Guests using the parking area must complete registration formalities and payment before starting their stay.
  3. Extending the stay requires payment before 10:00 AM; failure to vacate the parking space on time will result in an additional charge of:
    • 50% of the daily rate (until 4:00 PM), or
    • 100% of the daily rate (after 4:00 PM).
  4. A local tourist tax determined by the Municipality of Dziwnów is added to the stay and must be paid in cash on arrival.
  5. Shortening the stay does not entitle the Guest to a refund for unused days.

II. Order and Safety Rules

  1. Parking is allowed only in designated places.
  2. The speed limit within the Resort is 10 km/h, and Guests must follow staff instructions.
  3. The parking area is paid and unattended – the Resort is not responsible for vehicles or property left in them.
  4. The following are prohibited:
    • smoking outside designated areas,
    • washing or repairing vehicles in undesignated places,
    • using open fire,
    • littering,
    • subletting spaces to third parties.
  5. During quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) disturbing other Guests is prohibited.
  6. The entrance gate is closed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM; entry or exit during this time requires prior arrangement with staff.

III. Fees and Use of Infrastructure

  1. Fees for the stay are specified in the price list available at the Reception and on the website roko-resorts.pl.
  2. Fees are charged in advance for the declared period of stay.
  3. Additional charges apply for water and electricity, according to the rates at the utility stations.
  4. From 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, camper area users may use:
    • kitchen,
    • dining room,
    • paid laundry,
    • free Wi-Fi.

IV. Liability

  1. Users of the camper area are fully responsible for any damage caused on the Resort premises or to third parties.
  2. Any damage must be reported to the staff before leaving the parking area.
  3. The Resort is not responsible for theft, vehicle damage, or property left inside vehicles.

V. Complaints

  1. Complaints may be submitted by email, phone, or in person at the Reception.
  2. The complaint should include contact details, a description of the problem, and confirmation of reservation/payment if possible.
  3. Complaints are processed within 14 working days.
  4. Complaints should be reported no later than within one day of arrival.
  5. Complaints submitted on the day of departure will not be considered.

VI. Final Provisions

  1. Violation of these Regulations may result in being asked to leave the Resort without a refund.
  2. Staff may take necessary actions to restore order, including removal of a vehicle at the user’s expense.
  3. Signing the registration card means acceptance of these Regulations.

§4 Pet Policy – APARTMENTS

  1. Guests must inform the Resort about bringing a pet before arrival.
  2. Only healthy animals with a valid vaccination record (including rabies vaccination) are accepted.
  3. Pets may stay only in the owner’s room/apartment and should not be left alone if they disturb other Guests.
  4. Owners must provide their own bedding for the pet.
  5. Pets must be kept on a leash within the Resort area, and when necessary also wear a muzzle.
  6. Pets are not allowed in the shared kitchen or sanitary facilities.
  7. Owners must clean up after their pets and take them outside the Resort area for physiological needs.
  8. Using Resort towels or bedding for pets is prohibited.
  9. Owners are fully responsible financially and legally for any damage caused by their pets.
  10. The Resort does not accept dog breeds considered aggressive or dangerous (American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Dogo Argentino, American Bulldog, Canary Dog, Caucasian Shepherd Dog, Moscow Watchdog, Majorca Mastiff, Tosa Inu, Akbash Dog, Anatolian Karabash) or giant breeds over 45 kg (Great Dane, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Bernese Mountain Dog, Leonberger, St. Bernard, Newfoundland, Caucasian Shepherd Dog, etc.).
  11. The Resort reserves the right to refuse admission or require the removal of an animal that does not meet the above conditions, whose owner does not follow the regulations, or that disturbs other Guests.

§5 Pet Policy – CAMPER AREA

  1. Bringing a pet must be reported at Reception before the stay begins.
  2. Fees for pets are specified in the price list available at Reception and on roko-resorts.pl.
  3. Only healthy animals with valid vaccination records are accepted.
  4. Pets must remain under the constant control of the owner and must not disturb other Guests.
  5. Dogs must be kept on a leash, and when necessary wear a muzzle.
  6. Owners must clean up after their pets and take them outside the Resort area for physiological needs.
  7. Pets are not allowed in the shared kitchen or sanitary facilities.
  8. Owners are fully responsible financially and legally for any damage caused by their pets.
  9. The Resort does not accept aggressive or dangerous dog breeds or giant breeds over 45 kg (as listed above).
  10. The Resort reserves the right to refuse admission or require the removal of an animal that does not comply with these Regulations.

§6 Final Provisions

  1. Failure to comply with these Regulations may result in being asked to leave the Resort without a refund.
  2. Signing the registration card means acceptance of these Regulations.
