Booking instructions

1. Select arrival and departure dates, number of guests, cottage type, and price.
2. Select any additional services, such as parking, unless these services are already included in the price referred to in point 1.
3. Check the details of the reservation, the total amount and the detailed conditions (cottage, price and/or additional services). Then enter detailed information about the guests.
4. Please read the general terms of sale, terms of use and privacy policy carefully, and then confirm your reservation.
5. Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp confirm the acceptance of the reservation by immediately sending an e-mail with a summary of: the type of reservation made, additional services booked, reservation dates, price, total amount and a specification of its components, sales conditions related to the selected price (accepted by the customer), information regarding customer service and the address of Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp, to which the customer can submit any possible complaints.

Apartment reservation

The reservation will be fully guaranteed upon payment of 40% of the reservation value, by credit/debit card/transfer. The deposit of 40% of the cost is non-refundable if the guest cancels the reservation within less than 60 days of arrival. In case of cancellation within 60-90 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable, but it is possible to count the deposit towards the stay at another date. In case of cancellation 90 days before the date, the full amount will be refunded. The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before arrival. The cost of your stay includes a flat-rate electricity fee or a meter reading, as well as a local tax, determined by the Municipality of Dziwnów. The fee will be collected in cash on arrival.

Reservation of camper pitches

The reservation will be fully guaranteed upon payment of 40% of the reservation value, by credit/debit card/transfer. Special offers

Special offers, available exclusively on the official website https://roko-resorts.pl/, cannot be combined with other discounts and cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed (this applies to both apartments/camper pitches and any additional services). As these are non-refundable reservations, 100% of the total reservation amount is charged at the time of booking, unless otherwise expressly stated in the offer terms and conditions, and this amount is non-refundable (this applies to both apartments/camper pitches and any additional services). In the event of a no-show on the scheduled arrival date, even if Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp is notified in advance, the reservation will be canceled in its entirety, and Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp reserves the right to charge the customer the full amount of the reservation to cover cancellation costs and any losses incurred.

Pricing and invoicing

Prices are displayed before and during the booking process. They apply to a single apartment/campervan pitch, the specified number of people, room type, and the specified dates. Prices confirmed to the client include all taxes (except electricity and resort fees) and are valid only during the timeframe specified on the website. Unless otherwise indicated, prices do not include any additional services (breakfast, parking, pet stay, etc.).
Prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT at the rate in effect on the day of booking. Any changes in the VAT rate will be automatically taken into account and added to the price indicated on the invoice for the stay (arrival date). Any changes or introduction of new laws or regulations by the relevant authorities will be automatically taken into account and added to the price indicated on the invoice for the stay (date of arrival). Upon arrival at Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp, you can request an invoice detailing all costs of your stay.

Extension of stay

For information on apartment/campervan availability, please contact the Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp reception desk before 9:00 a.m. If apartments/campervan spaces are available, you must pay the appropriate fee immediately to extend your stay.

Shortening the stay

If the stay is shortened, the customer will not be refunded.

No-show of a guest

For non-refundable reservations, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking, unless otherwise expressly stated in the terms and conditions of the offer, and the reservation amount is non-refundable under no circumstances (this applies to both apartments/camper pitches and any additional services). In the event of a no-show on the scheduled arrival date, even if Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp is notified in advance, the reservation will be canceled in its entirety. Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp reserves the right to charge the client the full reservation amount to cover cancellation costs and any losses incurred.

Animals

This service is subject to an additional fee. The owner of the animal is directly liable for any damage or inconvenience caused by the animal to the detriment of Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp, third parties, employees or other guests of Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp. The client may be charged for any damage caused by the animal during the stay.

Dispute resolution

The court having jurisdiction to hear claims of Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp against Customers-consumers and claims of Customers-consumers against Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp is the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of Roko RiR Kowalscy sp. jawna 72-003 Dobra.

Stay at Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the reserved apartment is available for use from 5:00 PM on the first day of the reservation until 10:00 AM on the last day of the reservation. Only those persons indicated on the registration card are permitted to use the apartment/camper pitch. The client agrees and undertakes to use the apartment/camper pitch in a reasonable manner and in accordance with its intended purpose. In the event of any client behavior contrary to moral norms and public order, the Na Wydmie Apartments & Camp management will be required to ask the client to leave the property without any compensation or refund (if payment has already been made). Na Wydmie Apartments & Camp provides free Wi-Fi access. Customers agree not to use IT resources to reproduce, present, deliver, or make available to the public any property protected by copyright or similar rights without the permission of the owners or in violation of their rights.

Overbooking and force majeure

Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp reserves the right to relocate all or some guests to properties of a comparable category, subject to apartment/camper availability, only and exclusively in the event of overbooking due to reasons attributable to Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp. Any additional costs (related to accommodation and/or transportation) are borne by Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp.

Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp are not liable for any breach of their obligations due to force majeure. Force majeure events are those that are usually recognized as such in the jurisprudence of Polish courts. In such a case, Na Wydmie Apartments & Camp reserve the right to transfer all or some of the guests to facilities of a comparable category, depending on room availability.

Privacy and personal information

The customer’s use of the Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp website, in particular when making a reservation, involves the processing of personal data by Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp.

Based on Art. 13 Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council ( EU) 2016/679z dated 27.04.2016. on the protection of personal data of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/we (hereinafter: RODO), we inform you that the controller of your personal data is ROKO RiR Kowalscy Sp.j. based in Dobra 72-003 ul. Szczecinska 1i, NIP 8510307598, REGON 005459571, KRS0000128634.

The Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

Your personal data will be processed by the Data Administrator solely for the purpose of carrying out the services ordered by you / proper performance of the contract linking you with the Administrator, on the basis of Art. 6 paragraph. 1(b/RODO, for a period of 5 years from the completion of the aforementioned agreement. In addition, the recipient of your data may be a competent public authority, based on generally applicable regulations.

Allowing ROKO to process your personal data is voluntary, but is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract, including the management of your bookings and stays, and for the fulfillment of legal obligations arising from the provision and settlement of services. Your personal data will also be processed on the basis of the Data Controller’s legitimate legal interest. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of your use of ROKO RiR Kowalscy Sp.j. services. and further, resulting from the law on the provision and billing of services performed. You have the right to access the personal data being processed, along with the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, object and transfer data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You are also entitled to object at any time to the sharing of data by ROKO RiR Kowalscy Sp.j.

Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Polish law with respect to hotels located in Poland.

Changes to the General Terms of Sale

Na Wydmie Apartments&Camp reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, partially or in full, without prior notice.
